I formerly had Many Pets insurance which switched to Odie. Fortunately, I never had to use Many Pets, but the transition to Odie was a nightmare (look at Google reviews) for many clients including me. Before Many Pets I had Pet’s Best, terrible customer service and denied claims in 24hrs as pre-existing and had not been sent medical records. I was preparing to have to battle with Spot because of previous experiences. I must say that I am blown away by how quick and easy this process was.

After our last cat had to be put to sleep, due to a severe heart condition. We decided, after we got another kitten, to obtain pet insurance for him. We reviewed several companies and chose Spot, because of its ratings and the coverage that we wanted. We chose accident and illness and preventive care. We took our little fellow in for his first vet check and shots. We filed our claim and received our payment without issue. We would highly recommend Spot Insurance.

Annual Cost Plus Out of Pocket not Worth it to…
The price of the policy as compared to the coverage just doesn’t seem feasible. Paying this much for pet insurance and then still having to come out of pocket for more than half of the visits, doesn’t make sense. Once my policy is up I’ll likely go back to paying out of pocket.

I am very pleased with spot pet insurance. Having a large breed puppy there are many unforeseen health issues that could happen, and all of them could potentially be very expensive. So far in a little over a year we've had a couple of vet visits that were outside of a regular well check up. With our 500.00 deductible Spot insurance reimbursed us 80% back. It was very easy to file a claim online the check came a couple weeks after the claim was filed. Excellent customer service.

5 stars! Spot insurance has been nothing but great. Having this coverage has been such a huge relief emotionally and financially. I keep telling every person I know to look into this insurance. My furbaby has been experiencing sudden health issues and we all know that cats hide their symptoms very well. Because of this coverage, I have been able to keep up with my furbaby’s medical appts without delays and know that I will be reimbursed in time to schedule his follow up appt. The best part is that my reimbursements have been processed and deposited into my account in less than 12 days. I’m so grateful and this has been a learning experience for me. I got in charge for my cat. The first time I Made a claim, it was denied it was for deworming, but it wasn't an actual deworming medicine. It was a flea medicine so confusion on that part of the vet. But the second claim I made, they paid what they said they would, and I'm very happy about that. My cat is 5 years old. And he's in good health, so I keep the insurance just for the peace of mind, and I'm finding What I'm able to do with the insurance as routine checkups. So yes, I am very pleased with the insurance from spot.
