I’m retired and on a fixed income. I didn’t expect my two Pomeranians to get accidents and illnesses. I’m also disabled so Spot Insurance has helped me a lot. Without their insurance I don’t think I would have the money to take care of them. My only concern now is I hope my premiums won’t go up because I’ve used the insurance. When you retire your income is fixed so finances play a big role in your life.

Spot Pet Insurance was incredibly easy to use through their app. I had to pay $2,100 in veterinary bills due to complications from my dog giving birth. Very prompt processing and payment by direct deposit. Large deductible makes it difficult to collect smaller amounts. Ideally pet policies should have smaiier or no deductible. Deductibles, copayments and substantial monthly premiums really minimize insurance payments for pets unless the charges are for a catastrophic vlaim.

Intuitive, easy-to-use, and incredibly quick at processing claims, Spot has been so great to have. My dog has had a few additional medical procedures, and I have never gotten any pushback on claims I filed, but a timely and relatively big reimbursement, at a pretty affordable/competitive monthly rate. It's been such a relief. Worth every penny!
