After detailed price comparisons, we're happy to have chosen Embrace, based on customer satisfaction ratings and value. We had an outstanding policy rep (Jason) who thoroughly explained various aspects of pet insurance and answered all our questions, engendering confidence in an Embrace pet policy.
Easy to make claims
The claims are taking longer than expected to complete, the deductible is much higher than I originally remember.
Whenever I call, I get a great person who knows their stuff really well. But now, I just filed a claim and talk about an easy process . You just get walked right through it easy easy easy 5/4/25 Thank you for that
I've never gotten insurance for my pets, when I bought my most recent pup it was 'part of the deal'. I am extremely happy I did before even picking him up,as we only had him 2wk when he was attacked by a large dog. My baby had to spend 2 nights at the Vet ER and it was nice knowing that I would get back a good portion of the cost.

Michaela, who did the medical history report for my dog, was absolutely stellar. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and above all kind. She listened to all my questions and provided the best advice and support to helping my dog. I am so thankful for her patience and ability to go above and beyond.
Embrace raised my rates significantly even though I had no claims the past year. I spoke with the Embrace representative about this rate increase and they could not/would not do anything. While the customer service was great, I decided to go to another company.
Filing claims is very, very simple and the payment turnaround is fast and easy with auto-deposit. I have been with Embrace for 11 years and counting with several generations of dogs. You can imagine some of the costs having "lost" some of my dogs in those 11 years to cancer or heart conditions but my claims were always fully (per my policy) and quickly paid. The one time I had a question about what my claim was waiting, their customer service reps were knowledgeable and personable. I provided the information and the claim was processed the next day.
I have had Embrace for 9 years and I have never had an issue submitting a claim or receiving reimbursement. The staff are kind and courteous on the phone and will spend as much time as needed to meet your need. I would highly recommend this company.

Embrace was a little slow in getting my claim process started, but once we worked out the paperwork, they have been very forthcoming about paying me back for my dogs medical costs. I would sign up with them again based on my experience with them

Embrace is very fast at reviewing claims and so far, they have paid all of mine. I was disturbed that my rate increased so much last term, but when I went to the vet and saw their increase in prices, I understood. The one frustrating point is that it is nearly impossible to get through to them by phone. But when you do get through, the customer service is great. They hire wonderful people.
Easy to use customer portal for submitting claims and getting EOBs. It does get expensive as your pet ages, but there is an easy way on their site to navigate changing coverage to reduce your premiums. Like all insurance, you need to decide if it is worth the risk of paying out of pocket for an expensive procedure for your pet, or to pay the monthly premiums.
The response of the Embrace team is always very fast. I appreciate their phone and on-line customer service. Claims are processed quickly and explained clearly. When my pet passed they were kind enough to cancel her policy immediately and save me the time. Costwise I feel they give value and coverage for a reasonable price after shopping around. Also, they gave my husband a veteran's discount too! I will be enrolling my other dg soon: it is an excellent choice for pet insurance!

After some initial frustration understanding the whole "pre-existing conditions" part of things, I have had only very good experience. They are paying out for chemo treatment for my cat - which seems to be helping her. Online claim submission very easy. Paid within a few days. Good experience with phone and email customer service. I thought they would try to find a way to reject expensive things but has not been true at all.
Everyone at Embrace is always so kind and helpful, and we appreciate everything they do for us and our wonderful pup.
The constant phone calls I received made me run away. I checked out your page and then wanted to talk about it with my spouse before signing up. I received 3 phone calls while at work the same afternoon. After that I had no desire to work with Embrace, but my dog got a baby carrot stuck in her esophagus. $1800 later, I signed up for Embrace.
Very responsive, patient and made a confusing situation easily understood.
Everything went smoothly with are claim for are dog.
It required minimal documentation, ease of submission on app, the communication, the timely manner in which processed.
Great Insurance to have for your little fur baby!
While trying to file a claim online the little Space dog just spins a long time while waiting for the site to process the info. It is frustrating. I have had this insurance for 6 years and used to always file by mail. Claims have always been addressed and accepted as expected.
In the end the claim process went smoothly but in addition to using the app, I had to call to speak to a representative because the claim was not moving along…as per the app.
Giving 4 stars now just for responding on my first claim ! Submitting my second claim and hopefully I will receive a response soon too although the first one is still being reviewed . I know Roxy has $1000 deductible so not expecting to get paid yet.

Filing claims on line was very easy! I was amazed how fast they sent me an email stating that my claim had been received and was being processed. Shortly after, I received another email stating my claim had been approved and how much I would be receiving. The next morning when I accessed my checking account the funds had been deposited! Thank you Embrace for making the process so fast, responsive, and deposited funds so quickly!
So far not overly impressed. I just enrolled my Toy Poodle and presented a question about the amount I was billed last Wednesday and six days later I am still waiting on a reply! I had been with my vet’s Paw plan and moved. Unfortunately the offices where I moved don’t offer it. They were outstanding!

Great service! Fast turnaround for claims
I filed multiple claims and didn't expect any monies back. To my surprise l, they examined the claim and I was promptly issued money to my bank account.
I submitted my claim the same day as the vet appointment and the reimbursement was in my bank account within 48 hours. Any claim I have submitted has always been met with very prompt action and great communication from Embrace.
We have been with Embrace for about 4 1/2 years covering 2 small dogs. Processing claims is easy and fast. The staff has always been helpful when we have questions. Both of our Yorkies have needed surgery on their rear legs, and we have saved thousands of dollars because of our Embrace coverage. Thank you.
I had to turn in a claim regarding my puppy. Since I hadn't been with Embrace for long, I expected a long argument, explanations, and a fight to be believed. But, I was so totally surprised by a fast and thorough review of the information I provided. My information was verified seamlessly with my veterinary providers and my claim was approved and processed quickly. I am happily and totally blown away. Embrace is great.

I have had Embrace Pet Insurance for close to 3 years and my experience with them has been outstanding for the entire period. I saw a bad review by a Mr. Gonzalez 2 days ago and I am shocked because I absolutely love this insurance for my dog. Submitting claims is so easy and they are processed immediately. Their customer service is outstanding and they cover so much. I have save hundreds of dollars and have such peace of mind. I have recommended this pet insurance to my friends and would continue to recommend it to anyone who asks!

Embrace covered everything as promised, all claims were paid quickly, and the representatives had great communication along the way. I highly recommend this company!
Great company! Easy to get a hold of a human being if you have questions. When my dog passed they sent me a card made with wild flowers to plant in her memory. It was very sweet. Submitting a claim is fairly easy and the return is pretty quick too. I wish they were cheaper but everything is expensive now a days. I will never not have insurance ever they are a blessing.

We have had a good experience with Embrace for our two dogs so far. We adopted them when they were under three months old, and almost everything within the dollar limit per policy has been covered. Claims are processed within a very reasonable length of time. If it was easier to reach them by phone, I would give them a five-star review. It's ranked very high by Forbes too.

Embrace Pet Insurance is always fast and efficient in processing claims. I never realized when I rescued my little 'Chihuahua that her health would become so precarious. My sister-in-law has insurance on her two Chihuahuas so I thought I had better insure my little Muffin. It has been a lifesaver. They pay quickly and I am so glad that I got it. Muffin has been very sickly and goes to the Veterinarian frequently. They process her claims quickly and efficiently.
Amazing pet insurance company! We've been using Embrace insurance for over 4 years now. They've been extremely easy to work with, covering all sorts of issues with our two dogs. Friendly supportive staff and easy claims process (web or app based). I recommend them to everyone I know who have pets. I wouldn't get a pet again without Embrace as well. They've saved our pocketbook many times! The premiums are a bit high, but it's been worth it.
Very easy to file a claim
I can't begin to express my appreciation to Embrace! I have had Cooper insured with them for 7 years now and would never entertain going to any other Insurance. He's unfortunately had a few hiccups the last couple of years and went to several Vets trying to find a solution. Finally, nothing but a small miracle, they found the answer. Just such a comfort knowing that Embrace has always been there and had Cooper's and mine back! It is my mission to tell everyone that has a pet to choose Embrace. They certainly won't be disappointed.

I am shocked, as is my dog's vet, at how much Embrace Pet Insurance covers for my dog's medical services. You always hear horror stories about stingy insurance... well, that's not the case with Embrace! They covered her veterinary behaviorist as well as her ultrasound. All staff members have been prompt and helpful. I am so glad I chose Embrace! As I often remind my friends, you need to get pet insurance before anything goes wrong so it is covered. It's better to have pet insurance and not need it than for an emergency or chronic health condition to occur and not have it. I truly cannot recommend Embrace enough!

I have been with Embrace for 3 years this May. They are great. I have not had a issue. Only thing that is rough is the every year payment will increase. It's understandable due to my dog is getting older. I feel that is normal. When I call the representative is very friendly and well knowledgeable. Thank you for the help and support.
Our small dog got into and ate a significant amount of dark chocolate and dark chocolate covered expresso beans over the holidays. We had to take him to the ER to induce vomiting and they kept him overnight to monitor his heart and administer fluids. This was the first time we had to submit a claim, and it was straight forward and paid quickly.
We have had Embrace for 8 years covering our Chocolate Labrador Retriever. The Claims Process (online) is simple and reimbursement is quick. We have never had an issue with challenging charges or services rendered and billed. We have unfortunately had some very high surgical bills and Embrace has given us piece of mind when worrying about the cost of treatment. We have recommended Embrace to numerous family members and friends. We are very happy with Embrace, the coverage, the claims process and the reimbursement speed. We would highly recommend Embrace to cover your pet.
I have had Embrace pet insurance for several years but thankfully never needed to use them until this year, we are making up for our last time and the year isn't even halfway up. I have submitted many claims and contacted Embrace customer service also many times every experience has been Pleasant and every claim has been easy to file online and paid either the same day or the very next day. I highly recommend embrace, I tell everybody their customer service is similar to Nordstrom's, Top Notch!

I have had many pet insurances over the years with various pet so I can say that Embrace is definitely a keeper. Claims are handled quickly and easily.
My pet has Cushings. Insurance claims are usually arduous. This claim was simple with clear instructions. The pull down menu's are a little slow. Identification of pet is a plus, I like that there is a picture of your pet. The whole process took less than 5 minutes.
