This process was daunting, but we had a team of people working for us that helped us along the way, our realtor was A-1 Marika Bell (Keller Williams) Columbus, GA. Jeremy Henry our loan officer finished strong for us, the sellers wanted to use their lawyers and Jeremy found discrepancies with overages that they were charging us, after the calculation were complete we brought $1200 less to the closing table. Thats what I call an A-1 loan officer (Jeremy Henry)!
