We had a AMAZING and SEAMLESS experience with Veterans…
We had a GREAT experience with Veterans United and their entire team, especially Maggie Schuh. The process was stemless and we felt like we were in good hands. We did have a family friend who is does home mortgages and she asked us to use her and that she could beat or match Veterans United rates, fees, etc. We did entertain the friend, but the process had some bumps in it. We decided to let the friend go and go all in with Veterans United. We did this because never once along the way did a red flag pop up. Everyone we dealt with came across very experienced. We really felt like we were in good hands! Thank you for helping us buy our forever home. We really appreciate everything!

Unbelievably fast and easy going the entire process was with Veterans United. Everyone worked together as a team to make my first time home purchase possible. From the moment I was pre-approved to the very end at closing, Jeffrey first called me that I had been pre approved, immediately afterwards Eric in the lending department contacted me introducing himself and advising me that he will try his best on getting the numbers right for me with soon after the numbers came in Eric then introduced me to Justin with Underwriting who had all my questions answered and he notified me whenever he had documentation that needed signatures by using the Veterans United App which made everything so easy. Lastly but one who was there from the beginning till the end was Kaylyn with home buying concierge. Kaylyn extended her kindness to me with authenticity and thoughtfulness. And with that said everyone at Veterans United were so welcoming and in one month I had been approved for the loan and a closing date. Do not feel intimidated by your credit score because there’s people at Veterans United who Rock and will make it possible for you to own a home as was my experience. And now l am in my dream home still trying to believe that I was approved and now a home owner. Thank you and im forever grateful for everyone at Veterans United Family. This is my first house and I had no idea how how many moving parts there were. Starting with Brad, then Jamie, and finally Chad, the entire process was well explained and fairly easy to follow. I'll be honest, it was a shot in the dark with me purchasing a home for my family. About 3 or 4 years ago My credit was terrible but I reached out to see what could I do.. I called Veterans United and the young man that answered got straight to the point and told me what I need to focus on. Needless to say I did not get approved back then. I waited and waited and put the effort in, in between time. I live in a terrible neighborhood, 1 situation I witnessed was enough to remind me that i have a benefit to use so I called on approximately October 22 2025. I met my loan officer Mr. Lippmann, there was another guy I met as well I just cant remember his name. Anyway, I explained to basically everyone how I need to take my family out of this neighborhood. They understood the assignment and ill be honest again, I thought this was going to be a slow painful process.. I stated my application October 22 and I just closed on my first November 14. My family and I are proud to say we own our first home in a waaaaayyyy better neighborhood, with friendly people, heck, the weather is even better. All and all the employees that work here do bend over backwards to make it happen if you qualify 😉. Nothing is given you earned the benefit, you just have to put in the effort to use it. It took me 3 or 4 years to clean up financial issues I cheated almost 15 years ago. The wait is worth it. Trust me!! Thank god for this organization.
