Poor communication, late closing, unjustified rate increase
Communication throughout the closing process was limited. If I didn't hawk my dashboard online, I would've missed important deadlines for tasks that were assigned to me (example, I had a task assigned to me at 9:55pm that was due at midnight the same day). Closing delayed twice, for reasons out of my control, causing an increase in my interest rate due to rate lock expiration (even though rates nation wide went down on average in the same period)!
