Poor communication, late closing, unjustified rate increase
Communication throughout the closing process was limited. If I didn't hawk my dashboard online, I would've missed important deadlines for tasks that were assigned to me (example, I had a task assigned to me at 9:55pm that was due at midnight the same day). Closing delayed twice, for reasons out of my control, causing an increase in my interest rate due to rate lock expiration (even though rates nation wide went down on average in the same period)!

Well from start I try to refinance and the interest giving was way higher than what I have. The person help did not try to get me to do a different type of loan only try to lock me in to what he/she had work on. I try a 2nd loand and interest was still high my credit is close to 800 and It hasn't work out so I try a different bank.

Quicken Loans is Great Company; Too Many People Became Involved
Quicken Loans responded with such alacrity my inquiry about home equity loans that we were thrown for a loop with an appraiser calling us within a day of talking to a very helpful person, Maisee Mitchell, who was professional and empathetic. We had to ask to have the appraiser and, eventually, the loan put on hold because we were not ready to have the appraiser come to our home. Ms. Mitchell was very understanding. However, suddenly our case was escalated to another person, David Brooks, who was trying to help us obtain the loan. He, also, was very professional and understanding. So we left it on hold with a plan to contact him when we were ready. But, suddenly, we were switched to another person who was trying to have us complete the loan process. We were becoming concerned that so many people were involved in this process. Furthermore, the phone calls we kept receiving were from telephone numbers all over the country. At this point, we are nervous about our privacy and whether a scam could arise out of this very chaotic process. We also found that neither Ms. Mitchell nor Mr. Brooks were aware that the loan application kept being changed to different people. We have used Quicken Loans before for our mortgage, and it was a really great experience. However, we are very concerned about how things were handled.
