The representatives at the One Main Financial in Melrose Park here in Philadelphia was outstanding. His name was Taz and he handled my case in the utmost professional manner. Not only was he precise and courteous, his mannerism in dealing with the customer was very memorable. He kept me updated as to what was needed to close this loan but was perfectly clear in presenting each step along the way. He was patient, and understaffed when reading and applying each step of the loan before closing out. The immediate attention to finalizing the transaction and applying it to my account within the hour after leaving the branch. I would most definitely give Taz an outstanding/exceptional mark in handli g my account.
