Good but not great
Good but not great. All they do is take your information and send it out to hard money lenders who request it all over again, send you an approval letter then request info again and again with no actual approval. Then you get spammed to death by affiliates with actual results. Pass

Fast loan approval
The speed of getting approved for the loan was very good. Loan approval from the time I filled out the loan application, to supplying documents, linking to my bank account, taking a pic of my drivers license and pay stub, all occurred in 5hrs. The money has not been deposited into my bank account yet. Though the email did inform that the money will be deposited into 2-4 days.

I was able to find a lender who would support me.
I was able to find a lender who would work with me despite previous credit issues at a time when I needed the support. I understand concerns when a credit report is not very good but with 50 years of solid credit history, it was frustrating to deal with creditors who refused to provide a loan over one short period of financial issues. Lending Tree connected me with a lender who provided funds at a higher interest rate but didn't turn their back on me.

It was easy for me to apply online. Didn't take but 15 minutes. Then I received a text asking when we be best for someone to call me about the loan. They call me precisely when I told him it was my best time to call. That took about 10 minutes. Tell me I was approved. Ask when it was convenient for me to come into the office to sign the paperwork. When I arrive there I found out I was qualified for more than I was asking. The monthly payments are exactly what I asked for. Easy on my budget. I am a retired military person. On a fixed income. It worked out wonderfully for me. I would recommend Mariner finance to anybody.
