I appreciate the responsiveness and quick turnaround that HWA provides when submitting a claim online. In my opinion, submitting the claim online may be quicker than picking up the phone to submit the claim online. To date, I have been extremely please with the service I've received from HWA.
I had a very knowledgeable technician who explained everything and took care of the problem quickly. Further I used my home warranty and when I called in to verify the appointment they were actually able to come a day earlier and at a more convenient time. The man who came was very professional and did not leave a mess. Thank you guys so much. I definitely will be requesting your services in the future when I need repairs and I plan on telling all my friends about you.

very good experience. HWA signed me the first electrician. They can’t come over within 1.5 weeks. So I called back to HWA they signed me to another electrician. He come over the next day. Fixed my issue. Which is just a small problem. But helped me a lot to get to fixed quick, did not cause more issue.
Leslie was kind and understanding and was able to provide an acceptable solution to the issue.

All the work needed on my home was not approved yet it was all the same work. The house needed 3 new fuses replaced and only 2 were approved. So on that I had to pay an extra $160 dollars plus the $85 dollars service fee. My total out of pocket was $245 . When I paid almost $600 dollars for the plan . Will be looking for a better home warranty company in the future.

We're still waiting for someone to come and fix our furnace. My husband is 73 years old and I am 64 and it is pretty darn cold and still no technician has come or contacted us and it's been over 24 hours since the ticket had been called in or I had called it in. And yes, it'll be a little bit warmer tomorrow but it's still very cold in my house and we need our furnace fixed. I chose this company because it had good reviews. This is the first time I made a claim. Yes I am a new customer that have only been with you a few months but I had no idea my furnace was going to break down but I should still receive the service that I am paying for. I'm cold. I'm tired and I want my furnace fixed. I received a email this morning telling me that they are working on it. They can't find a technician but that's been it and they thanked me for my patience. Well, my patience is wearing thin. I have to work tomorrow so I can't be waiting on a technician to contact me. I need to be able to work and keep my bills paid but I still need my furnace fixed as well so I need somebody to please take action and get our furnace fixed and get it fixed expediently. Thank you
The vendor was overbooked and not able to get to us during our 3pm-7pm window and HWA never called or texted me to notify me. I had to call the vendor to find that out.

The technician provide superb customer service and explained all aspects of the washing machine repair process.
Customer service and claim processing is very effective and staff are very professional and courteous. My only concern is that repairs are ongoing and prioritized over replacement even though the device (gas furnace) continues to deteriorate after 24 years old. The tech has recommended replacement and I am worried for my family as we have had several winter weather advisory notifications in my area and we have been without heat while waiting for spare parts where furnace replacement was an option and writhing the coverage guidelines under the diamond plan. I do appreciate how HWA is absorbing the repair costs as it greatly benefits my family financially but it feels like we are against the wall waiting for another faulty incident (blower motor, flame sensor and panel) reaching our policy annual limit prior to actually having the dysfunctional gas furnace replaced. We would immensely value a more situational analysis with our current situation for a more permanent solution. Thank you.

The overall experience was great. They were quick to respond less then 5 minutes to set me up with an appointment with a plumber. After plumber showed up and submitted his diagnosis they approved the repair in 1 day..
I just purchased a plan so the only thing I can say right now is the agent named Terry was very polite and professional. Helpful in knowledge about the policy I picked. Thank you for your great customer service.
Got an appointment with a competent technician very quickly however I was disappointed that the claim for $18 to replace a broken spring in the dishwasher was denied m. ridiculous.

Busted Garbage Disposal Fixed - made my claim, and had someone out in 24 ours and they got a new put in and the whole claim process from start to finish was easy and painless. made the whole ordeal so much easier to deal with and not stress about.

The technician was pleasant and professional. Diagnosed the issue quickly and promptly fixed it. The only issue was it took 3 days for the appointment.
Very good service, they quickly got my dryer repaired with in 24 hours after calling and filing a claim, and there repair contractor was very good.
We've had this warranty company for awhile and had 2 homes covered, both homes had an issue and both covered without question, its not as quick as You want but They cover exactly whatever coverage You buy, this home in TN the ac/heat went out and They paid for a new unit and it cost Us less than $1400 total for a 5k system and sadly this system wasn't meant to be and broke after a years use but again called got another claim and They're on it getting the unit replaced, I'll NEVER have a home and not cover it with HWA and as soon as We can afford a new roof We'll add coverage to Our rental property so its covered as well so if You value Your home spend the little $4 They ask because the price of a stove/fridge, water heater any appliance will cover the policy cost

My furnace went out I placed a service request online by midday a representative texted me to come out that day. Unfortunately the time was not feasible yet they were out the following day for an appointment at 10am. The heat is working like magic.
Well i do not have much experience to give. My warranty just started today as a matter of fact. But I had a wonderful experience setting it up and my representative was wonderful with the call, even letting me add my Dad in on the call! I had lots of questions and so did he. Ultimately we purchased a 5 year plan with a free year added for a reasonable price. I am new to the area and recently divorced and disabled so the piece of mind this gives me is great. I hope I dont need it but I know its there if I do. If I do I will review that too
I have used my waranty with them three times. I have found that they don't have plumbers immediately on call. It takes several days to get one lined up to come fix the problem and it has not been a well known service company but in my experience a small operation. My impression is that they try to find the least expensive repair man (in this case plumber) that they can. In my second attempt the appointment took three days to confirm and the appointment date was almost two weeks in the future. I am seriously considering if I want to continue with this company.
Had a warranty with HWA for 2 years then foolishly dropped it. That's when I had to ante up $700 for a new washing machine. I learned my lesson - especially with a 100 year old house - and now I feel protected against unexpected repairs. Never any problems in the past with scheduling repairs and the work was always done professionally.

V&P was right on time and checked out the problem and found a breaker needed reset.
The technician came the very next day and the technician is from the manufacturer. It only cost me $75 for the visit.

Home Warranty have good and knowledgeable customer service rep's. I always receive courteous service from them no how important or minor my concerns are. The technician who came out to look at my refrigerator was also knowledgeable and courteous. He keep me updated with what was going on with my frig. I am pleased with the service
The man from TAQ Services was great in doing the electrical work and for the $100 I think it's totally worth it.
I have my warranty around 7 months, l had used it twice, the air-conditioning & the heading & the two times they responded quickly & got it approved, great experience so far. Thank you very much 😊
My problem was not resolved. I thought when you got a warranty. It will alleviate your stress, but with unwarranted America, every time I put a claim in, they said it's not covered. I thought if you have a warranty on a system. It should have been covered to as long as it allows the system to work. But with you guys, I think that's not the case, and I gotta be paying out-of-pocket to get my System app and running. And since my claim was denied , no one has reached out to me

On time fixed the problem
I called at 5 am when my furnace didn't come on, the robo answering said I would be in the cue for a call back. I did the claim over the phone but also wanted to talk to someone. I waited 3 hours and no call back. When I called again, an agent called me back within 10 minutes. I expressed to him how important it was to have someone come out that day. When I got the email at about noon, it said the next day from 3-10 pm. I called again and the robo said I would be in the cue, I never did get a call back. I went on my phone to "check my claim" and found I could request a different time. The service person arrived about 5 and was here till after 6. The phone number the appt email had for him rang and rang then said the voice mailbox wasn't set up. I tried multiple times, which is why I tried to call HWA again. I was trying to get someone that day. When he showed up, I confirmed the name to put on the check. When I handed it to him, he said he needed it made out to Vector K and gave me a different number in case there was a problem. My furnace is working and finally heated the house by 9:30pm.
So far it's been pretty streamlined process. I've used my warranty a couple of times and the only hiccup is it can be a lengthy process to follow up with a live person regarding a claim that is work in progress.

The claim submission is super easy! Because I submitted the leaking ceiling claim on a Sunday morning and a day before a holiday, there was a delay in getting me a company quick. I was given the option the next day to choose my own company and get reimbursed, but by the time I chose one, HWA had located a company to address my issue. One complaint I have is that HWA sent me details; date and time of appt with the company. I waited the next day during that time period and no one ever showed up. I called the company directly and was told I was not scheduled! HWA scheduled me, but I presume forgot to communicate that with the company? The day was a wasted day because the company could not address my issue until the following day. MAKE SURE TO FOLLOW UP DIRECTLY WITH THE COMPANY TO VERIFY SCHEDULING, EVEN IF HWA SUPPOSEDLY SCHEDULED YOU! ARK Plumbing was great though!
It takes forever! We're coming up on two weeks to get a new hot water heater. I'm getting tired of heating water on the stove. All of the service people have been awesome but the process is ridiculous .

The service I have received has been prompt and professional! The heat and air tech that came this week was wonderful and personable as well. I had contemplated cancelling the warranty but suddenly I have needed it for a couple of things and it has been a blessing!
when my water heater broke it was so nice not to have to run around and find a plumber. Loved Adam and the help he provided.
Scheduling was quick, Only thing is the service call fee of 125.00 is pretty expensive now

We have dealt with HWA for several years now and are extremely happy. Never having to worry about finding a good service or maintenance repair persons helps so much. We did try another warranty company one time and only after one service call cancelled and went right bank to Home Warranty of America. money well spent.
