Just made the warranty purchase. Obviously went very smoothly. But we all know the proof is if we have a claim.
Kyle applied a military discount and special pricing for an extended contract special that was a terrific deal. The peace of mind in having an HWA warranty on both of my houses is very comforting. Thank you, Kyle and HWA.
Service was great and seemed to have to resolve our issues quickly. He showed up late. But his arrival time was never very clear as home warranty said he be there between 3pm-8pm but Horizon said he'd arrive around 4pm-4:30pm. A more definite time frame between the two would be great. Also I recall that the actual process of reviewing and assigning the claim took about a week plus the an additional scheduling time, while this was a relatively minor issue this time that's too long for what could have been an emergency

Very quick getting the service needed to there customers
I have been with HWA for 15 years most recently it does not appear to be as transparent as it once was. There is not a detailed explanation of what is need to insure each and every time you request a service it will be paid for and completed. Not all of the service agents sent are courteous and respectful. Not all agents have the level of expertise that the job will be done correctly and in a reasonable amount of time. Everything is automatic or AI there is no person that you can talk to for clarification. I feel like a request for service goes in a black hole and not sure if someone will respond or not. Just like this questionnaire I have to type in something and not sure if some will read or not.
The technician was very courteous, informative, and respectful.

Whenever I submit a claim, I get a response back in one day, with the technician name and the company and date and time. Very satisfied. Thank you.

Whenever I have an appliance that needs help, I am very afraid of the vendors that are 'appliance' people in our area... This time, we were thrilled beyond belief that an actual GE tech would be dispatched for our refrigerator problem. Big YAY! Good job HWA!!!

I was happ to do it because my former server didn't cover my upright freezer and they were able to provide the coverage without increasing the price that I was already paying. I was ready to dump HWA because of the past few claims I had with them and the people they sent. In this case though, the technician was professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond.
Please start hiring customer service agents who have an American accent. For the past few years, EVERY SINGLE TIME I've called, I get someone with an accent that is very difficult to understand.

Called one day, the Contractor was out the next.
I have a friend that actually has an Home Warranty with HWA and she called in for a repair and the tech was there in no time to repair/replace the appliance. She continues to keep her HWA on hand year after year just in case.
HWA was easy to contact and provided prompt service in assigning a contractor to fix my problem. The contractor provided excellent service, was prompt and friendly. I would highly recommend HWA.
HWA called on Saturday. Technician came on Tuesday fixed by noon. Very good work.

The repair tech made it a great experience
It took 3 days and 2 phone calls before a technician was assigned my repair. Very disappointed as water was leaking on my hardwood floor and causing damage. The warranty company has very poor turnaround time. I never had issues until the company had a merger. Very frustrating.

I've only just signed up with the salesman that called while I was checking pricing and coverages. The coverage per item is much higher than the previous plan I was looking at and the salesman explained their plan very clearly.

The claim process was smooth, a plumber was assigned within a few hours, they showed up the next day(on time). They had to replace my garbage disposal, got authorization within 15 minutes and I had a new disposal installed within 30 minutes. The plumber was professional and clean. Excellent experience.

It has been a good experience working with the at AHW. Getting the claim was easy, with quick response back from the representative. I had to put out a second claim due to on going issues with my air conditioner. Currently awaiting to get approval for next part needed. My experience so far is that they are quick to reply to requests and very easy to work with the staff.
Our garage door broke on Thursday and on that same day Home Warranty of America sent someone out and it was fixed. They are very fast to help and I would recommend Home Warranty to anyone looking for a great company to take care of their needs. Thank you!
