I have a current issue with my air conditioner. Called in this morning It is now 3:00 pm and my home is very hot since it is 102 outside. How long before I get some help. I am a senior citizen and cannot handle this heat Please respond asap.

Technician was wonderful - two nice young men - diagnosed it correctly and CHOICE refused to pay it - making up that is was damaged - this pressure regulator has been in a closet that no one or nothing has happen to in years. No way there was damage - it’s hair line crack and they refuse to pay - claiming damage - it’s an older home so I’m sure the regulator is just giving out from years of use. I even looked in my contract where they list coverages and it says pressure regulators are covered / does not list any exceptions. This is a case of them making something so they don’t have to pay for a claim. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - run!!!
The process of filing a claim is simple and easy. The only thing I wish Choice would do is to provide us the name of the company and let us do our own scheduling. Other than that things went smoothly. Thank you.

Haven't started program until next month but great monthly rate.
My under sink erator was leaking. I put in a service order at 5am and a technician called me at 11am saying that he was on his way to fix it. He came and replaced the garbage disposer by 12.30 pm. I had the contract for 2.5 yrs. So far I had about 4 claims and satisfied. I never had a big claim, knock on the wood !!!
I opened a ticket to repair my AC late on a Thursday and it was assigned Friday morning. The tech showed up Friday afternoon and had my AC fixed and cleaned in less than 30 minutes. Day time temps have been in the 90s so fixing it prior to the weekend was critical.
Pretty fast and the service guy was great but my AC is NOT FIXED. Waiting for a callback from the tech….
I just cancelled with Choice. I have had them for 5 or so years. If you follow the terms and conditions to the letter....and have time to not only follow up and stick to the issue, this can work. It did for many years. They dont always send the best techs, they try not to cover things. But for me, it paid itself off every year. However, the last two times they mentioned that they were not covering items that, in my opinion, they should.. They went farther than the exclusions allowed for. They mentioned that I had gotten my money's worth 10 fold a few times.....So I could see they could see my history, and probably were tired of losing money on my contract. It was good while it lasted.
So far I have yet to receive a technician. I will be able to better review the service, once the service is complete.
I had a problem and a plumber was not able to be found so i called a local plumber and he informed me that I need to change the shower head at no cost to me for the information. Which saved me $85 dollars. There need to be an option to get someone to state the problem before paying.

Called Wednesday evening. The representative send me an email with the appointment scheduled for Friday with "Appliance need". I contacted them and asked if it's possible for technician to come Thursday instead of Friday. Thursday morning technician was in my house. Vitality was honest and professional. Fixed the problem within short period of time. Had a replacement part in his truck. I was very satisfied.
I recently switched to Choice Warranty after using another warranty service for many years. Then, I had 2 normally working appliances break down on me within a weeks time. So frustrating!!! I submitted claims on the day each incident happened, and I was impressed with the claims process. I was able to get technicians scheduled, and one tech has already provided a resolution. (The other tech is scheduled for this coming week)
The service was prompt and correct. problem solved.
The chat or all my questions are answered immediately. My claimed took 2 weeks for technician to come and my schedule keep changing. I also do not get the full claim funds to purchase my items in the store . I am waiting to receive less funds and will be adding out of pocket funds.

As soon as I put my information in and hit send I received a phone call from Austin. He explained what the policy would cover and the cost of the coverage. I received an email shortly after I agreed to the coverage with policy attached. It was fast and efficient.

Choice provided prompt and thorough communication to me and the plumbing company. The plumbing company and Choice appeared to work well together to take care if my water heater problem. My only comment is I wish there was a more detailed coverage document for the warranty plan I have.

The second refrigerator was covered. On the policy. It’s very old. Verified it was not a problem to add coverage based on age and have been paying for about 6 yeats of extra coverage. The seal is broken and pushed out to the right. This is due to normal wear. Why didn’t the coverage allow for replacement since that seal is not available. Your company seems to think I broke it. That is so not accurate. I show not have to file a dispute on this. Previously the company that was supposed to repair my furnace no showed for 6 months. I paid out of pocket to have another company complete the repairs. Claims are 975885753 and 290846116. If this happens a third time I will cancel.

My air conditioning went out last m one the hottest days of the summer. Choice wasn’t able to schedule an appointment for five days. The service technician was excellent- on time, knowledgeable, and professional. My only complaint was the wait for service.
The service person was efficient. I would have liked for the service contractor to have come out sooner, but, overall I'm pleased with the service and would refer others to Choice Warranty.

I recently had an excellent experience with Choice Home Warranty. When my refrigerator started leaking, they promptly sent out a GE technician named Robby. He was professional, courteous, and thorough in his assessment. After determining that the fridge couldn’t be repaired, CHW quickly stepped in and offered me a Lowe’s gift card to help with the replacement. I truly appreciated how seamless and supportive the entire process was—from the initial service request to the resolution. It's reassuring to know I have a home warranty company that stands behind its service and takes care of its customers. Highly recommend!

I have been a subscriber to Choice Home Warranty for years. I am a senior citizen on a limited income, and any savings I can get appeal to me. I was offered a discounted program with the same coverage but locked in for a 3-year price, although I had to pay the entire 3 year price up front. This was roughly $20 less per month than what I was already paying for the same coverage. This was a good deal in my opinion.
Easy claim process but I couldn’t make service appointment 5 days later. It is tough to wait 5 days without a washing machine. It would be nicer if wait is shorter because I expect the first technician visit will only be diagnostic of the issue and I will have to wait parts for the repair.
For my most recent claim the technician’s response was timely but I had to call to get an update and was later told that I would get a replacement e- gift card in my email I still have not gotten that Kiwe’s e-gift card And that is the same situation with my previous claim I never got that Lowe’s e-gift card I would prefer a check do I can purchase my appliances from where I choose instead of of you all en forcing me to a specific business I am seriously considering changing home warranty prvider
