First contact with First Premier
My first contact was with Andrew…I had made a list of questions and he answered all of them very well. My second contact was with Jason Adams. My experience with him was very informative, but more importantly there was no pressure, just good customer service. Hopefully in the next year, I’ll get to become familiar with First Premier and be able to recommend First Premier to friends who have or are planning to relocate to AZ from CA.

The lady I spoke to was Awsome she was so kind,helpful, we had choice Home Warranty and it took them over a week to get back with us, then Select Home Warranty, we had to to pay there contractor $90.00 for service call then pay the contractor $400.00 for a $50.00 part, igniter, took almost 2 weeks in very.cold temperatures,with babys in the house so we had to buy electric heaters and Select Home Warranty will reimburse us $150.00, and that takes a month or so, and can never speak to a English speaking person, it was overwhelming and so frustrating, So now were with Premier Home Warranty , we haven't had to need them yet, I just hope and pray if and when we do, all goes really good, thank you first premier

Outstanding Help From Their Rep. Mr. Michael Butler
I have been with First Premier Home Warranty for a couple of years. Today I called about an incident with my garage door opener that could not be fixed. I was waiting to receive an email with the form that I had to fill out and get back to the company. I happened to talk to Michael Butler. He was a very patient and kind fellow who patiently helped me receive, and sign, and even email back to them the form that I needed to be returned to them. He helped me so that the form could go to billing to be paid. Mr. Butler was a life saver and helped me greatly and saved me days in the process. If you call and Mr. Butler is working, I am sure that he will be just as helpful to you. First Premier Home Warranty is lucky to have such a representative answering their calls.
