I had issues filing a claim online but Kenisha, who was very patient, knowledgeable, and courteous, was able to assess my situation and resolve the conflict within a matter of minutes. I'm a new customer and first impressions are important to me. So far so good ARW. And a special shout out to Kenisha!

This customer care representative Vanessa made my day today! I was trying to sort out the current plan charges and she helped me providing the same benefits with lower rate. While she was doing it, my call got dropped. She called me after sometime and confirmed the rate change was processed. Also to my surprise she asked about an in progress claim and when she knew my own contractor didn’t sign my claim, she helped me waiving the claim processing charges.!

I don't know what the company is doing well.I have not used them yet. They seem nice on the phone when I just made a payment.I think there a little expensive.I'm on a fixed income in $63.Is a little high for me but it's the best plan

This is a rating ONLY for the agent NOT ARW i just spoke with VENNESSA, her name should stay in caps. I canceled my services last week and then began to get calls, not understanding why because I thought our relationship was finally over. I returned the call and first got somebody name Mina I think she said her name was, which this one of the reasons I left you guys was for unprofessionalism and personal feelings and not to mention the banger " never fulfilling orders"However she was flat out rude, ask to speak to a supervisor she said we were done talking since I wanted to cancel. I called back and this customer service oriented familiar voice came on the line, very familiar in 1980 when people cared about pleasing the customer. I laughed and talked to this young lady and she could have sold me anything that I ever returned. She was a delight to speak with. I feel this company may one day be her downfall, she don't belong, she deserves a more professional setting. I pray GOD find her, her right setting where people are as humble, understanding, delightful, listener, and customer service oriented as she is! Thanks Ve'nessa, wish I could have met you sooner than later!

I recently had a fantastic experience with American Residential Warranty (ARW Home) regarding home appliance repairs. Their service was outstanding from start to finish. First, they replaced a faulty capacitor, quickly restoring proper function and ensuring everything ran smoothly again. Next, they efficiently repaired a leaking pool pump, preventing further water loss and potential damage. The process was quick and professional, and the technicians were knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend ARW Home for its reliable and excellent service!
I called about our washer. they could not repaired it. gave us enough to replace the old one. took about month. kind of slow but good to go.
I talked to Mel and she was absolutely amazing. She provided a lot of information and helped with my needs.
The Repairman was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient.
I fell a couple of days behind due to some events come up. I asked Ms. Karen if my payment can be taken out Wednesday instead of today and without going into details, she said no problem and rescheduled it for the 1st of May. Less stress and back to work I go.

From the moment I answered the call, Karen was so kind and funny. I've never been excited to pay a bill. A customer's experience who has common sense most of the time is based on patient a representative.
I spoke to 3 people on three different days. Rod at first very kind was glad I called. Didn’t get everything resolved due to me not having my bank account number ready. When I called back the next day I spoke to Brandon who seemed like I was bothering him he said I needed to speak to a manager who would call me 24 to 48 hours he. Needless to say no one called me within 48 hours, All I was trying to do was pay. When I called back the 3rd time I spoke with Matt, who was very professional and kind. I had decided b4 I called if he was like Brandon I was going with a different home warranty. However I’m very glad I spoke with Rod and Matt. Thank you, Toni and Malisah Newman
Their CSR Karen did an excellent job taking my payment over the phone and sending us our policy documents. We have been with ARW for many years now and the service has more than paid for itself over the years. They always fix our problems quickly and efficiently for a very low service fee. The peace of mind this provides is priceless. Would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a dependable Home Warranty Company. 5 Stars!!!
