Great turnaround time however never got the initial paperwork because it was never sent out. Didn't get informed on this until I asked at closing. There were important disclosures in the initial paperwork.

I’m very pleased with my experience so far. I have never borrowed online so this is all new to me. As long as I can contact Jenius with any questions I have, I’ll be very pleased. I was able to log in on my phone to my account using the Jenius App, but I couldn’t log in on my computer. I wanted to ask if there is a penalty if I wanted to pay off the loan sooner.
