I'll start by saying that their interest rates are very competitive, which is why I chose them. I have taken out a couple of loans from Figure and watched them shift from a website UX to an app UX. Overall, that is an improvement because the app provides more functionality and usability. However, it still has bugs; I initiated three different transactions that were stuck until I reached out to Support. Fortunately, Support is pretty responsive. I particularly like having access to the blockchain address where my collateral is sitting, so I can verify that they're not rehypothecating it.

I have had several accounts with Figure ranging from personal loans, HELOC, and crypto-backed loans. They made the process extremely easy and have innovated in ways that a lot of traditional finance companies have not. I have never had any issue and their customer service reps are very friendly. Their rates could be a little lower but they make up for it in the speed of disbursement and customer service. I will continue to use them in the future.
